How those awards are enforceable. It would be good to expropriate one company, cause of the really poor privatisation process in eastern europe and its good to know who is gonna enforce any award on the state. Or even on a invididual in the state. Most of the oil assets that were poorly privatized during the '90 in Eastern Europe are now on a nationalization pressure. Like Transpetrol AS in Slovakia, Slovnaft, Ceska Rafinerska, Vitol in Latvia, Rompetrol in Romania, Mazeikiu Nafta in Lithuania. Not to mention Yukos case in Russia. Hope that enforcement will not work, or award will be very small. Greetings
