hey any thoughts on the Pemex reform, at least what we know of it thus far?

"Chinese manufacturing has quality issues" is very much a thing right now. Did you see the NYT article on Chinese solar panels?

That said, let's remember there was a time when "Japanese" meant cheap crap.

OT: Customer request for some coverage of the strikes in Colombia. Is it a meaningful one, as opposed to all those ministrikes in Greece? If so, how does it impact policy in Bogotá?
