I know next to nothing about Honduras.

But Honduras making non-negative news is going to raise FDI almost by itself, right?

Otherwise, it's a fairly open economy with lenient labor laws. Is rule of law a problem for foreign-owned businesses, or just for the locals?

Dubai - well, they need to substitute a) the oil (to jumpstart the thing. Textiles? Slow.) and b) the Indians and Pakistanis (to build it. Haitians?)
